The Saarinen table is one of the most famous and known design tables ever. A unique and innovative shape characterize this table, that is an icon of  design in '50s.
The table takes its name after its designer, Eero Saarinen, who dedicates his life to the realization of innovative projects, now exhibit in the most important international museums. The Saarinen table is part of a furniture collection with pedestal, including chairs, where the designer decided to replace the traditional four legs with a single one to create a more sinuous and harmonic shape.

The Saarinen table is produced exclusively by Alivar, the Italian company ever aware of evolving technology and innovative ideas. Alivar works with top designers and uses only the best materials to ensure the unmistakable made in Italy quality.

The Saarinen table, on sale in our showroom, has a characteristic liquid laminate oval top, white varnished. The liquid laminate paint is a special paint with water-proof and scratch-proof characteristics. This piece of furniture was conceived and formulated with the use of special resins and selected homogeneous microspheres with high hardness.
