Albume represents the freestanding washbasin created by Antoniolupi and designed by Carlo Colombo, which, in contrast to the Lavandino sink securely wall-mounted,  is characterised by the alternation between a solid base and a transparent, brightly coloured basin. The plinth expresses a feeling of sturdiness and durability, while the basin offers a more capacious and welcoming appearance, emphasising the importance of water. The basin has been specially enlarged to put more emphasis on water, and is now available in the Albume12 version with a diameter of 52 cm and a height of 19 cm, while the supporting column remains unchanged. This element is the result of the harmonious superimposition of distinct yet perfectly balanced geometric shapes.

An innovative transparent resin allows the Albume sink to be produced in two different shapes, depending on whether you wish to give a slender look or a softer, cosier image to this bathroom furnishing element. The washbasins are then combined with the columns of the base in bronze and brass variants, with their warm tones, to create a harmonious or contrasting effect, or with the columns in Mamo di Carrara or Nero Marquinia variants to enhance their elegance and prestige.

It is precisely because of its versatility of style that the Albume freestanding washbasin achieves a poetic of opposites, of balances between overlapping different geometric shapes, and fits perfectly into classy bathroom environments where materials harmonise with space.
