Celato Storage Unit by R&D DE CASTELLI

For four generations, the Italian company De Castelli has specialised in metalworking, creating a unique collection. The Celato storage unit from the De Castelli R&D centre is presented with a compact and solemn form, a metal-clad volume that conceals many internal drawers, which open with a slight pressure of the hand. The structure and interior are made of birch wood, and the metal cladding, like a shell, envelops and gives character to this piece of furniture. The Celato container is available in three sizes, with coverings in copper, iron, brass, and corten.
