Yoroi Storage Unit by ALESSANDRO MASTURZO

The peculiarity of the Yoriide container designed by Italian designer Alessandro Masturzo is the armour-cladding inspired by ancient samurai armour, characterised by a rigorous and well-defined design, making Yoroi a true work of art. De Castelli once again demonstrates his skill in metalworking: the cladding is obtained by combining many thin iron and copper sheets, treated with different finishes and colours.
The Yoroi storage unit appears compact and impenetrable on the outside, but in reality the interior is finely lined in wood and conceals a series of practical spaces for all needs: two drawers with inclined openings, a large front drawer and two curved side doors.
