Created by the designers Edi and Paolo Ciani for the Italian brand Ditre Italia, Softy is a small armchair with an exclusive and whimsical style presented during the 2019 Milan Design Week.
Softness and comfort are the nouns that best describe the sensations aroused by Softy, composed by a solid shell on the outside but enveloping and soft on the inside, which stands out for its original design that invites you to sit down and dedicate yourself to a total relaxation.
In addition to the comfortable seat filling, Softy features a particular leather backrest which gives it not only its characteristic shell-like shape, but also a vintage touch that makes this small armchair suitable for sophisticated, elegant environments that want to reproduce a past style through the attention to details. The Softy small armchair's upholstery can be made entirely in one- or two-colour fabric, or with a leather shell in the mix version, while the base is available either fixed, in Iron metal or in eucalyptus or gray wood, and swivel in anthracite or Brown lacquered metal.
