The Flexform A.B.C.D. armchair, designed by Antonio Citterio, represents a refined re-edition of the iconic A.B.C. armchair, originally presented in 1996. In 2014, a new version was launched, which underwent some substantial modifications, making it even more intriguing and adaptable to modern styles. One of the main changes compared to the previous version is the design of the base, which has been redesigned to offer a sturdy metal structure available in a variety of finishes, ensuring strength and durability. Another distinctive feature of the A.B.C.D. armchair is the elimination of the armrest, giving it a softer and cozier appearance, inviting pure relaxation. The attention to detail and timeless design of the A.B.C.D. armchair have led to international recognition. The jury of the XXIV Compasso d'oro ADI Award awarded this armchair an honorable mention, acknowledging its aesthetic and functional value.
