The term Kasane, which means "to overlap" in Japanese, was chosen because the collection plays with the idea of superimposing and intersecting different elements, thus creating sculptures with soft and sinuous shapes. The products in the collection, by Nendo studio, are inspired by the concept of stacking cups on top of each other so that they gradually become taller. The distinctive feature of the Kasane outdoor collection is the rhythmic expression of the stacked edges and the material texture of the clay, which gives the entire product a special soul.

The bases of the tables and ottomans are made of an expanded polymer, while the table top is made of MDF. All components are then covered with a thin layer of clay in earth colours, which gives the collection a natural and organic look. Furthermore, Gervasoni is an Italian company with a strong focus on environmental and social sustainability, using only ecological and recyclable materials and collaborating with local craftsmen to produce its products.

The Kasane outdoor table is available in three different sizes: a rectangular top version, Kasane 33, measuring cm.240x118, a round version, Kasane 36, with a diameter of cm.140 and one, Kasane 35, with a diameter of cm.99.
