The Yaku collection, created by designers Gabriele and Oscar Buratti for Gervasoni, draws inspiration from the island of Yakushima, which belongs to the Ōsumi Islands archipelago, and celebrates wood in its purest form. The collection combines simple elements with sophisticated compositions to highlight the beauty of the raw material. The inspiration for Yaku comes from the natural environment of the island, surrounded by a forest of great beauty and richness. The components of the bench, as well as the Yaku table, emphasise refined sections and proportions, are overlapping and spaced, creating vanishing lines.

The products in the Yaku collection are made using MDF covered with multi-laminar wood veneer in two different sizes. Thanks to the three special wood colours available, Cherry, Ash and Obsidian, these products are the ideal choice for decorating home environments, while at the same time giving the space a strong personality.

The Yaku bench, like the table, is available in two sizes and in a transparent matt finish.
