The headboard structure is made of poplar and laminated fir plywood, ensuring strength and stability. The differentiated density polyurethane foam upholstery provides optimal comfort, while acrylic fiber layers and a 100% polyether lining, combined with a thermoset polyamide velvet support, give the upholstery a touch of luxury and softness. The head support cushion, positioned on the structure, is filled with washed and sterilized goose down, divided into separate sections with an insert of expanded polyurethane. This design provides maximum comfort for those who like to read or watch TV in bed.

The bed frame is made of layers of poplar and fir plywood, also upholstered with differentiated density polyurethane foam and covered with 100% polyether lining coupled with thermoset polyamide velvet support. This makes the bed frame both durable and comfortable. In the double version of the Floyd-Hi bed, the frame is divided into two parts that can be joined together by means of plates secured with screws, making transport and assembly easier.
