When Antonio Citterio, master of Italian design, created the Lilum Sofa for Maxalto, he had in mind the petals of a flower, which he reproduced in the sinuous, delicate shapes of this seat. Despite the lightness of the lily, the Lilum is a sofa that, due to its large dimensions, is easily able to fit into any living space with grace and elegance. The circular shape of its silhouette makes the Lilum sofa not only the ideal place to rest, but also an invitation to share and socialize. 

Tradition and modernity, luxurious craftsmanship and advanced technology come together to make the Lilum Sofa. The backrest, for example, is built with the utmost precision, thanks to a specially developed technology that results in clean, well-defined profiles. At the same time, the attention paid to the finishing, shown in the detail of the enhanced edge between the seat and the base, testifies to the craftsmanship of a high-quality product. Contemporary and refined, Lilum is the only sofa in the Maxalto collection with a direct seat structure.

The Lilum sofa is a highly customizable seat. Thanks to the wide range of modules that can be combined, it is possible to create sofas of different sizes and shapes. In addition, the wide range of fabrics and materials in numerous colors allows the seat to be further personalized. You can also choose the finish of the sofa's aluminum base.

Lilum Couch has a variety of features

Removable Cover: The fabric upholstery is completely removable. The leather and velvet versions do not have removable covers.

Technical Features: Black thermoplastic feet. Aluminium base. Inner frame made of tubular and profiled steel. Seat inner frame of multilayer wood panel. Seat inner frame padding of molded polyurethane with differentiated density, with polyester fiber cover. Backrest inner frame padding of Bayfit® cold-formed flexible polyurethane foam, with polyester fibre cover. The product is made with upholstery and piping in the same fabric/leather color.

Comfort: Due to its high performance in terms of comfort, the Lilum sofa does not require compulsory back cushions. It is still possible to add them so as to give a personal touch or to meet personal needs.
