The former features grids that run on invisible rails only on the accessible side, while the latter has them on both sides. The grids are created from thin strips of wood cut in different thicknesses and glued one by one. Thanks to the possibility of moving the grids as desired, it is possible to create elegant patterns of light and shadow also thanks to the contrast created with the vertical hide-covered elements arranged at regular distances. Lloyd bookcases are thus extremely versatile furniture elements that perfectly suit any space requirement thanks to the different sizes in which they are offered.
