Roberto Lazzeroni in designing the Suzie Wong bed for Poltrona Frau draws inspiration from the classic shapes of the sleigh bed, reinterpreting them in a modern key.

The base is slightly padded and is supported by tapered feet, available in two heights and covered in leather with brass tips or in mocha or wengé-stained ash. The headboard instead is proposed in three different versions: the Suzie Wong version offers a smooth headboard; the Susie Wong Extra version includes a smooth headboard enriched by a stitching created by two cylindrical buttons covered in tone-on-tone leather; finally the Suzie Wong De Luxe version which includes a headboard characterized by an embroidered decoration with a geometric pattern.
